Randwick Psychologist for Complex Trauma & Neurodivergence

Therapy that prioritises understanding over “fixing”, helping you build a calmer, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

I'm Samantha Jessen, a Clinical Psychologist based in Randwick, Sydney.

I work with adults navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD and/or Autism), anxiety and mood conditions, whether that's in person or via Telehealth, wherever you are in Australia.

Feel understood

Feel understood, rather than “too much” or “not enough”, and begin to express your needs, set boundaries, and feel more aligned with who you are in your relationships.
