Not sure if therapy or assessment is the right step for you? A discovery call is a great way to ask questions and get a feel for how we might work together.
Discovery calls are offered as a first point of contact to ensure that what you’re seeking support with is something I can offer. Finding the right fit is a very important part of the process, and this provides an opportunity to explore that together.
During this free 10-minute phone call, we’ll briefly discuss what’s bringing you to seek therapy or assessment, the services I offer, and whether this feels like a good fit. We can also cover any practical questions (e.g. session structure, availability) to help you decide on your next steps.

Please complete the enquiry form with your details and a brief message about what you’d like to discuss.
I’ll respond within 3 business days with available times and any further details you may need.

Life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Nurture Space Psychology operates with a 48-hour cancellation policy to support timely access to care and maintain preferred session times. You will receive an SMS reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to make any changes, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice (during business hours).
Cancellations within the 48-hour window will incur the full session fee. Telehealth sessions are available as an alternative if you’re unable to attend in person.

If you are a new client, please complete the enquiry form, and we will be in touch.

For Telehealth sessions, here are a few things to keep in mind. Please consider:
A stable internet connection.
A device with video capabilities (such as a laptop, desktop, or tablet).
A quiet, private space where you feel comfortable, ideally free from distractions (consider turning off notifications and minimising background noise).
You’ll receive a secure link to join the session before your appointment.
